Plugin guides
ToolbagCRM plugins add focused capabilities for contractors and home-service teams. Each plugin can be enabled from Settings → Features when it is available on your plan.
Use these guides to understand what a plugin does, when to turn it on, and what information your team should keep updated.

Plugin categories
This public catalog covers 103 public plugin/feature entries: 65 category-listed entries (including the always-on Marketplace guide and post-launch rollout guides) and 38 coming-soon entries. Internal Toolbag-only controls are intentionally not published here.
Automation
- Drip Campaigns — Automated multi-step email and SMS follow-up sequences that enroll customers on a trigger and advance them through each step automatically.
- Recurring Services — Recurring services — repeating service schedules that auto-generate visits for ongoing customer agreements.
Billing
- Auto-Charge — Automatically retry failed card payments on a schedule and record each retry attempt. Managed from Settings → Billing rather than the plugin marketplace.
- Commission Tracking — Commission tracking for sales and field staff — computes per-rep commissions from jobs and invoices and tracks payout status.
- Customer Credits — Customer credit balances — issue, track, and apply account credits and store-credit against invoices.
- Customer Financing — Customer financing options — present and track third-party or in-house financing plans for larger jobs.
- Deposit Workflow — Deposit workflow on quotes — collect an upfront deposit before work begins and reconcile it against the final invoice.
- Expense Reports — Employee expense reports — techs submit itemized field and office expenses; managers approve, reject, and mark them reimbursed.
- Job Costing — Job costing — roll up labor, materials, and expenses against a job to track margin versus the quote.
- Promotions — Run promo codes for seasonal discounts, quote/invoice offers, and marketing campaigns while tracking redemption counts and total discounts given.
- Purchase Orders — Create and track purchase orders to vendors with line items, ordered/received quantities, and a send-to-receive workflow.

Turning plugins on
- Open Settings → Features.
- Find the plugin you want to use.
- Enable it for your account.
- Open the new section from the main navigation.
